Auto Layout & Interface Builder Tutorial

At WWDC this year, Apple explained that Auto Layout using Interface Builder in Xcode is now the preferred way of creating iOS UI. These are great tools, but not without their quirks, and may seem counterintuitive if you're already accustomed to the old tools and workflows.
