WPF Growl Notifications

Recently I needed to add growl notifications to one WPF project. I googled a bit and found Growl for Windows, it's fine but seems to much for just this functionality. I mean you're adding new dependencies (Forms etc.) and new libraries to project, but you can just have a few classes to handle this.
