1.
Open Source iOS Calendar Control Providing Monthly, Weekly, Yearly And Multi-Year Calendars

An open source iOS calendar component allowing you to create more than just monthly calendars - yearly, multi-year, and seasonal calendars.

You can find ABCalendarPicker on Github here.

A nice versatile calendar control.

2. Open Source iOS Control Providing A Full Featured Custom Video Player

An open source objective-c control from IGN providing a custom video player with all the regular video player features plus social sharing, events for analytics tracking, airplay compatibility and more.

You can find  Video Player Kit on Github here.

You can also see it in action in the IGN Pro League app.

A really nice custom video player control that you can drop right into an app.

3. Example: Getting A Header Search Bar That Sticks Atop A Scrolling UITableView (Like Contacts)

An example demonstrating how to get different scrolling behaviors - such as the search bar sticking to the header when using a search bar and a scrolling UITableView.

You can find TableVIewSearchBar on Github here.

A nice example showing how to avoid scrolling frustration that can occur with a search bar atop a UITableView.

4. Open Source Library Providing A Framework For Storing/Retrieving Social Network Account Credentials

An objective-c framework for managing social accounts that allows you to store a user's credentials for many different social networks so that you can retrieve them at a later time.

You can find SocialAccounts on Github here.

Great if you're looking to create some kind of customized file sharing app and need to store the user's credentials.

5. New Open Source iOS Objective-C Dependency Injection Framework

An objective-c dependency injection framework that allows you to inject dependencies into your app like Java's spring framework, but also allows you to define your dependencies in Objective-C using a blocks or category based syntax.

You can find Typhoon on Github here, and you can find the Typhoon homepage here.

There's also an extensive example application using Typhoon that can be found on Github here.

Looks like a great new framework for dependency injection.
