You can find CommandMaster on Github here.
A very nice replica of the App Bar with a number of extra features.
As always make sure you make considerable changes to something like this if you are going to use it within an app.
2. Xcode Plugin Providing A Highlighted Code MiniMap – Quickly See Where You Are
An Xcode plugin that automatically creates a minimap visualizing the current code window allowing you easily see where you are in your code.

3. Open Source Component For Easily Adding A Newsletter Opt-In Form Into Your Apps
An open source component allowing you to easily create a customizable e-mail submission form for adding a mailing list to your apps using MailChimp.
You can find the DevNewsletter component on the homepage here.
You'll need to sign-up with MailChimp for your mailing list – the good news is they have an "always free" level for storing 2,000 e-mail addresses, and sending 12,000 e-mails per month.
A nice simple way to add an e-mail opt-in form into an app.
