Comment Welcome! Hope everyone is good. It's been a busy week for me. I have been focusing more on investing in real estate for the last few months and now have a house under contract. It's a flip and a pretty big one, so it's both exciting and nerve-racking. PS: I'm still looking for someone to work with on the newsletter.
