Some Agile principles are not intuitive and often meet resistance. The data supports that most adopters see significant benefits, but what are the reasons that companies choose to start the journey? Let's look at the top five reasons from a recent survey conducted by Collabnet VersionOne. The survey gathered responses from a variety of organization sizes, locations, and industries. There were 1,492 usable responses from Agile professionals.
