It's tough with personal stuff, holidays, work, and a general lack of good content, to publish around Christmas and New Years. I just decided to hold off until after the 1st. Apple had some surprisingly bad news this week with reports of lower than expected sales. Alexis looks at some of the factors of why this is. Is this something we should be worried about as developers? I don't think so. Fewer people are upgrading and the American market is saturated. I think most of us have known that the upgrade cycle would slow. As iPhones and their competition get better, there's less reason to upgrade.
